Arkemedics is the published work of Devin Arkema: a program, a growing corpus, and a YouTube channel that's the front door.
The project
Arkemedics names the structural moves institutions, ideologies, and habits of mind make routinely; moves that happen before anyone catches them at it, and that determine which questions can even be asked. The framework develops out of four primitives: recursion, refusal, witness, interruption.
The corpus is the project's depth. The channel is its altitude: the same framework, in episodes built to be useful to people who would never read a philosophy paper.
Open access
The papers are on PhilArchive, free to read. The channel is on YouTube, free to watch. The mission is anti-gatekeeping; the absence of a paywall is part of the argument.
The work is written for people who care about the questions, not for people who already have the vocabulary. Application papers open with concrete cases anyone can follow. Most can be entered cold, without prior reading inside the corpus; a few chain explicitly on earlier work and say so plainly when they do. The foundational volume, Arkemedics: The Recursive Ethic, develops the framework's primitives, and rewards readers who have met those primitives in a single application first.

Most visitors should start with The Baseline Problem, the shortest, clearest single application of the framework. Readers who want the underlying architecture can go to Arkemedics: The Recursive Ethic, the four-book volume the rest of the corpus is built on.
